Shane Lowenberg

Shane Lowenberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in product development, commercial transactions, and intellectual property. Currently serving as SVP & Deputy General Counsel at Yext since December 2016, Shane has progressed through roles including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, leading teams in contract development and negotiation across various product channels. Prior experience includes corporate counsel at Bloomberg LP, where advisory roles encompassed fintech and media transactions, and legal counsel at TriMas Corporation focused on commercial transactions and M&A. Early career experience includes serving as a corporate associate at Cooley LLP. Shane holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Notre Dame.
