Tory Howarth

Tory Howarth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits management and employee wellness, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Contentful since November 2022. Previously, Tory held the position of Senior Manager of Benefits at Activision Blizzard, overseeing a team dedicated to employee engagement and health programs. With a strong background in wellness program management at Mindbody, Tory designed and implemented impactful People & Culture initiatives, progressing through various roles that focused on wellness offerings and program evaluation. Tory's earlier experience includes coordinating health programs at VIE Wellness Solutions and Compass Health Wellness and Prevention, as well as conducting research at California Polytechnic State University. Tory holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from California Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico.
