Linda Blignaut

Linda Blignaut has been working in the field of human resources since 1996. Linda began their career at Shoprite Checkers SA (Pty) Ltd. as a Full Function Administration- and HR Manager. In 1998, they moved to Makro SA as an Executive Administration and Operations Manager. In 2005, they joined Nedbank Ltd. as a Group Organisational Design and Worforce Planning Manager, and also held the role of Human Resources Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at JSE as Head of Talent Management, Org Effectiveness, Design and Development. Linda then took on the role of Head: Recruitment, Talent, OD and Performance at Pick n Pay in 2017. In 2020, they moved to Contentoo as an SEO and Copywriter, and in 2021 they joined goFLUENT as an English Corporate Trainer. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at InfoSysTrade Inc. as a Content and Search Engine Optimization Manager.

Linda Blignaut has a diverse educational background. Linda obtained a Masters in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 2009 and 2011. Linda obtained an Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 2006 and 2008. Linda obtained a BCOM in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 1999 and 2003. Linda obtained a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Technical University of Natal between 1993 and 1995. Linda is also a Registered Independant Practice Industrial Psychologist with the Health Profession Council of South Africa. Additionally, they obtained a Talent Economist certification from PeopleLens Global Associates Pte Ltd in November 2015.
