Ashley Aller is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth across multiple organizations. Currently at Contentstack since August 2021, Ashley manages a book of business worth $1.5 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and oversees the onboarding and implementation process for clients. Previously, Ashley held similar roles at SupportNinja and OutboundEngine, further solidifying a strong track record in customer success. Prior to these positions, Ashley contributed to Bartlett's in various capacities, ultimately serving as head trainer and shift leader, where responsibilities included developing training materials and ensuring high standards of customer service.
