Menza Mathew

Menza Mathew has a diverse work experience in the field of technical content. Menza started their career as a Technical Editor at Packt Publishing in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Built.io as a Technical Writer and continued in that role until 2018. Menza then moved to Contentstack where they worked as a Technical Writer initially, then progressed to the role of Team Lead - Technical Content in 2022, and finally became a Senior Team Lead - Technical Content in 2023.

Menza Mathew earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2008 and 2012. In 2023, Menza obtained a certification in "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader" from LinkedIn.
