Stephen Wilson has extensive work experience in customer success management and technical account management. Stephen currently works as a Principal Customer Success Manager at Contentstack since 2023. Before that, they were a Sr. Director of Customer Success at ON24 from 2013 to 2023, where they successfully led a team to achieve exceptional customer engagement and business growth. Stephen Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from Wayland Baptist University, completing their studies between 1985 and 1987. Stephen also obtained several certifications in 2023, including Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules™, Career Essentials in Generative AI from Microsoft and LinkedIn, and Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search from LinkedIn.
