Mia Ilic has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at the Association of Human Rights Austria in 2012. Mia then went on to intern at the Mission of Serbia to the OSCE and other international organisations in 2014, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in 2014, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in 2014, the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization in 2015, and the International Atomic Energy Agency in 2016. Mia then worked as a Junior Project Manager at the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe from 2016-2021, and as a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader from 2021. Most recently, they have been working as a Scientific Partnership Manager at Contextflow since 2021.
