Leon Faulstroh

Leon Faulstroh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international expansion, revenue operations, and venture capital. Currently serving as the Head of International Expansion at Pliant, Leon has successfully entered seven new European markets, significantly contributing to company growth. Previous roles include Head of Revenue Operations at Pliant, where an outbound sales strategy led to over threefold year-on-year revenue growth. As a Founders Associate, Leon achieved exceptional sales performance by closing over 80 new accounts. Additional endeavors include positions as an angel investor at ContextSDK and a mentor at Alchemist Accelerator, along with venture capital work at First Momentum Ventures. Leon has also held roles in corporate venture capital and sales development across various companies, and co-founded F&B Financial Management. Leon holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from CBS International Business School and completed four semesters in Economics at the University of St.Gallen.
