Hayley H.

Hayley H. has worked in the field of marketing and public relations since 2007. Hayley began their career at The Zimmerman Agency as a Public Relations Intern in 2007. In 2008, they joined Contextual Code, formerly ThinkCreative, as an Account Manager. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with clients, worked to ensure their satisfaction, and identified and developed new business opportunities. Additionally, they scoped out and managed projects to guarantee results that were delivered on-time, on budget, and as designed. Hayley also served as a Web Content Specialist, managing eZ Publish CMS training, content development, and documentation for all of ThinkCreative's web development projects. Hayley specialized in launch support, managing the issue tracker, and ensuring that client needs were appropriately prioritized.
