We are a WBE, family-powered business located across 20 states. We have a rich history, big plans, and a purpose-driven, nimble culture.

We provide building owners control over environmental factors of daylight, thermal heat gain, acoustics, and aesthetics by designing, specifying, and installing shade, lighting and acoustical systems that perform for humans, and for our global environment.

Contexture sees a world where human comfort is prioritized, indoor environments fuel achievement and high-performing buildings are part of a healthy commercial ecosystem. Our team is aligned to support visionary project teams, general contractors, architects, interior designers, owners, developers and engineers to ensure specifications match aesthetic, operational and budget goals.

Contexture (formerly Ver-Tex Construction/Brambier’s by Ver-Tex Construction) rebranded in October 2022, following a dynamic year of acquisition, expansion and growth to become the largest U.S. dealer of commercial window shades and acoustic systems.
