We help ecosystem initiatives succeed by understanding their social context.
We map people's behaviours, relationships, and aspirations to guide ecosystem strategies.

We are the first studio in the Gulf region to offer systemic design services for ecosystem initiatives.

Our eight customized services:

• Tracking & Attribution: Design-research methods that show how behaviour is actually shifting across your ecosystem, and how much of that shift can fairly be credited to your strategy.

• Ecosystem Pulse Dashboard -- A living view of how people across the network are responding to your strategy. It stays current as the ecosystem moves, so the picture you act on is never last quarter’s.

• Stakeholder Systems Mapping -- A close reading of the cultures, incentives, and relationships among your stakeholders. We surface what actually motivates each of them, and where those motivations pull against your strategy.

• Ecosystem Coordination Logic: A decision-support tool that lets every stakeholder act in their own context while still moving the shared strategy forward. Coordination that respects how each of them works, instead of forcing anyone into someone else’s process.

• Ecosystem-Initiative Fit Assessment: We test how well your initiative fits the social fabric of your ecosystem: the behaviours, relationships, and interactions in play, not just the stakeholder list.

• Strategic Pathfinding: We chart the routes to wider adoption and the right mix of them to pursue, matched to how people in your ecosystem actually behave.

• Framework Contextualization: We adapt global frameworks and tools to your culture, your values, and the way people actually work. Where nothing fits, we build custom ones designed around your ecosystem from the start.

• Learning Loops Design: We build learning into your workflows so that insight about how people are responding flows back into the system, improving the current initiative and the ones that follow.
