Adam Simon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Adam began their career at KPMG in 1984, working as an Audit Manager and later as a Management Consultant until 1993. From 1993 to 1998, they served as the Finance Director at Pitney Bowes. In 1998, Simon joined PRGX Global Inc., where they held various roles including European Financial Controller, Managing Director for Southern Europe, Managing Director for Client Services Europe Asia-Pacific, and Global Managing Director for Business Development. In 2013, they transitioned to CONTEXTworld as the Global Managing Director & CFO, focusing on research coverage of the IT channel landscape in Europe. Additionally, in 2017, Simon became the Chair of SH&BA - The Smart Homes & Building Association Group, contributing to the growth of the smart home market through knowledge exchange and involvement in new business opportunities.

Adam Simon has a strong educational background in history and finance. Adam graduated from Eton College in 1977 and then went on to study at the University of Oxford from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Modern History. Additionally, Adam has obtained certifications in the field of finance, including becoming a Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Adam has also completed an Executive Programme Certificate from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, indicating their interest and expertise in business and finance.
