As the Chief Financial Officer, Chris oversees CONTI’s finance operations, corporate governance, risk management and human resources. He strives to use financial data to influence strategic decision making for the company and its investments. Chris is an influential leader and financial executive with over 20 years’ experience in private equity, fund formation, SEC compliance, tax structuring, accounting and investor relations. Chris has led over $2 billion in financing transactions for alternative investments in his career.

Prior to joining CONTI, Chris served as CFO for Lantern Capital Partners for 10 years, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments. Prior roles included senior financial positions with Highland Capital Management as Controller for its hedge fund and private equity fund group, Controller with Atlas Air, and CPA with Ernst and Young in Dallas and New York. Chris is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting.
