Stacy Inman

Stacy Inman is the current Human Resources Manager at CONTI. Stacy has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field. Stacy began their career as an HR Associate at Outsource Partners International in 2006. In 2008, they became a Sr. Analyst - HRIS at Diamond Offshore. In their eleven years at Diamond Offshore, they were responsible for a wide variety of HR functions, including performance management, succession planning, payroll, and employee data management. Stacy also created and managed departmental surveys and exit interviews. In January 2019, they became an HR Business Partner at Peterbilt Motors Company. In their three years at Peterbilt, they worked directly with over 300 Performance Management users to troubleshoot and resolve system errors, ran scheduled and ad hoc reports, and audited HR employee data for accuracy and compliance with company policy. Stacy also updated and coordinated all supervisor and intra-site organizational chart changes.

Stacy Inman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as Human Resources from the University of Houston. Stacy also has a Master's degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.

They are on a team with Christiane Vila - Human Resources & Operations Manager, Brazil, Ian Douglas - VP, Asset Management, and Christian Gore - VP, Acquisitions. Their manager is Carlos Vaz, Founder & CEO.
