Jill Jackson

Jill Jackson, MHR, PHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Continental Resources since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Paycom and served as Lead HR Business Partner at Devon Energy from September 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included advising leadership on HR matters, supporting workforce planning, and facilitating inclusion and diversity workshops. Jill's experience also includes roles as HR Administrator at Chesapeake Energy and HR Generalist at Traditions Spirits. Jill holds a Master's in Human Relations with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma.
