Mark Harmon

Mark Harmon, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Resource Development in New Ventures at Continental Resources since June 2022, following a role as Engineering Advisor. Previously, Mark was the President and CEO of Anchor Point Energy, LLC, where responsibilities included forming an executive leadership team and leading acquisition efforts. With extensive experience in reservoir engineering and management at Chesapeake Energy and Devon Energy, Mark oversaw multi-discipline teams, led Reservoir Engineering efforts, and managed significant capital programs. Other notable positions included roles at ConocoPhillips and Phillips Petroleum, contributing to upstream planning, market evaluation, and production engineering. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
