Mark Oekerman

Mark Oekerman, P.G. is an experienced geologist specializing in exploration, with a robust background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Sr. Advisor Geologist - New Ventures at Continental Resources since June 2017, Mark previously held the position of Geoscience Manager at American Energy Permian Basin from July 2014 to July 2017 and served as a Senior Geologist at Chesapeake Energy from June 2010 to July 2014. Mark's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Houston (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from The University of Texas Permian Basin (2001-2005).
