Seth Sleeper is an accomplished drilling engineer currently employed at Continental Resources since December 2021. Previously, Seth held the position of application engineer at Varel Energy Solutions from March 2021 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a graduate research assistant at Oklahoma State University from August 2018 to June 2020, a completions engineer intern at Ascent Resources during the summer of 2019, and an engineering intern at Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P. in June to August 2018. Seth earned a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University between 2018 and 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution from 2014 to 2018.
