John Ulla is the Chief Operating Officer at Continental Stock. John has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on operations management.

John started their career at Bank of New York Mellon in 2007, where they worked for four years as a managing director. In this role, they were responsible for overall operation of a $60 million business, with a staff of 70 employees. John was also responsible for budgeting, outsource initiatives, restructuring, straight through processing, and quality control. John was particularly focused on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, as well as internal and external audit requirements.

In 2012, John transferred to Computershare, Inc., where they continued to work as a managing director. At Computershare, John was responsible for the largest M&A deal in 2008, Inbev acquisition of Anheuser Bush. John also led a corporate level multi million dollar initiative to revamp the tax reporting and compliance process to meet regulatory requirements for the Stock Transfer and ESPP/ESPS products. John is an effective leader with a proven track record of re-engineering poorly performing operations by increasing productivity, reducing losses and thru technology enhancements.

John Ulla has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Economics from St. John's University and a Xaverian High School.

They are on a team with Margaret Villani - Vice President and Director of Client Administration, John Reformato - Vice President – Manager of Plan Services, and Karri VanDell - VP & Director, Sales Strategy & Marketing. John Ulla reports to Steven Nelson, President & Chairman.
