Luke Nickless

Luke Nickless is currently the Vice President at Continental Strategy, where they focus on health, energy, defense, and AI policy. They previously served as a Legislative Aide/Assistant for the State of Colorado, conducting extensive bill research and managing stakeholder engagement. Their experience includes roles at the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Government Affairs Fellow at the National Endowment for Financial Education, where they co-authored strategic documents and analyzed financial education legislation. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
