Tim Costa

Tim Costa is a seasoned political and government relations professional currently serving as a Partner at Continental Strategy and as the National Committeeman for Washington, D.C., with the Republican National Committee. Costa's prior roles include Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives and consultant in government relations and lobbying at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, focusing on healthcare, energy, and nonprofit sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Deputy Secretary for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare and Deputy Chief of Staff/Director of Policy for the Governor's Office in Rhode Island, where significant policy advancements were achieved, such as the Global Medicaid program. Costa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America.
