John Scheibe

Technical Service Manager at Continental Wireless

John has worked for CWI since 2007. He started in technical as a headset repair and programmer then assisted in R&D projects when needed. John’s background and interests were in computer assembly, repair, and the physical aspects, components and inner workings of computers. He is familiar with both laptop and desktop computers and works hand in hand with IT to keep office equipment up to date and makes sure software for radios is kept current. When SWA acquired AirTran in 2011, John lead the field service team in the integration of those stations single-handedly.

He became Technical Service Manager and works with Customer Service in scheduling field technicians, overseeing bench techs, ordering supplies and assisting in all projects. John likes a challenge! He travels to meet with executive leadership at various customer sites, and works with those team leaders to find solutions to their wireless needs.
