Ajesh Kumar is currently the Group Leader for Product Industrialization at Continental, specializing in tyre manufacturing. Ajesh earned a B Tech in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they achieved first rank. Prior to their role at Continental, Ajesh worked at Goodway Rubber Industries as Manager of R&D and QA and held the position of QA Assistant Manager. They also gained experience at TVS - Sundaram Brake Linings as an R&D Engineer and completed a project traineeship at Apollo Tyres Ltd.
