Alexandre De Paula

Alexandre De Paula is currently the Plant Manager at the Sun Prairie Plant for ContiTech, a role held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Industrial Engineering Manager at the Somersworth Plant from 2015 to 2019 and held similar managerial positions at the Salto and Guarulhos plants in Brazil. Alexandre's extensive experience in plant turnaround and culture transformation is complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. Additionally, they have international experience in test departments across Spain, Germany, and South Africa.
