Andras Molnar

Andras Molnar is currently the Head of Human Relations at Continental, where they create and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for approximately 4,000 employees. Previously, they held HR roles at major companies, including IBM as an HR Coordinator and Yara International as an HR Generalist/Consultant. They also served as a Senior HR Advisor at Flextronics, where they directed HR activities and supported business growth. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Multiplant HR Manager at GE Lighting, providing comprehensive HR leadership in manufacturing settings. Andras is currently pursuing a degree in HR at Pannon Egyetem.
