Axel Rau

Axel Rau is the Head of EMC in Architecture and Networking at Continental, where they also serve as an Agile Team Lead and Laboratory Manager. Having joined the company in 2015, Axel leads a global EMC team and oversees various laboratories, focusing on EMC design and testing. Prior to this role, Axel worked at Continental from 2012 to 2015 as a Product Test Manager, where they were responsible for managing extensive testing activities and developing test strategies. Axel holds a degree from Hochschule Bremen, earned between 1996 and 2001.
