Belén Mora is a dedicated Quality Manager at Continental and has a strong background in quality assurance and systems management. They began their career as a Quality Systems Intern at Continental Tire Andina SA in 2016 and later served as Coordinadora de Calidad at Mucho Mejor Ecuador from 2017 to 2022. Since 2022, they have held the position of Quality Chief and are currently pursuing an English Program at Taylor University. Belén holds a degree in Ingenieria en Producción y Operaciones from Universidad del Azuay and completed a certification as Auditor Interno de Sistemas De Gestión Integrados at Escuela Politécnica Nacional in 2019.
