Boboruta Robert

Boboruta Robert is currently the Head of Product and Process Industrialization and the Head of Continental Business System at Contitech Thermopol. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Boboruta earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara. Prior to these roles, Boboruta worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi and as a Team Leader for Product Industrialization at Continental, where they managed teams and oversaw processes to improve efficiency and deliver project goals. Boboruta is known for creating an inspiring team environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills, and maintaining a high customer focus.
