Cal Ganda is the Head of Aftermarket at ContiTech Industrial Solutions Americas, bringing extensive leadership experience in various operational functions. Previously, Cal held roles at Perdue Farms and Wayne Farms as a Production Supervisor, and served as an Associate Management Consultant at DB&A. With a strong background in pricing strategy and market analysis, Cal's tenure at Continental included various positions, leading up to Head of Americas Automotive Aftermarket. Cal earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and completed an Advanced Leadership Development Program at Hult Ashridge.
