Carmen O'Neil is the Head of Raw Materials Purchasing for the Americas at Continental Tire, where they lead a team of commodity managers and plant purchasing personnel. Previously, Carmen held various roles including Senior Buyer at Continental Tire and Sourcing and Byproduct Sales Leader at Performance Fibers. Carmen’s earlier experience includes working as a Buyer at FairPoint Communications and a Senior Buyer at Newell Rubbermaid. In addition to their professional career, Carmen has been a volunteer on the Board of Directors for Hickory Community Theatre since 2010. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Private Law from the University of Port Elizabeth.
