Carms Abella, CPA, is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in multinational organizations and start-up environments. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Continental, they provide strategic direction to finance operations in GBS Manila while overseeing controllership, treasury, and audit management. Carms previously held key positions at Capital One, Macquarie Group, and other firms, demonstrating expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and risk governance. They earned a BS in Accountancy from the University of the Immaculate Conception.
