Constantin Bucur is currently the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Continental OESL, bringing over 20 years of experience in the automotive production and engineering field. They have a strong background in coordinating large teams and managing complex projects, including significant contributions to the establishment of production sites in China and Russia. Constantin has prepared numerous audits and has extensive knowledge of quality systems, alongside managing departmental budgets and operational performance. They earned a bachelor's degree from Politehnica University of Timisoara and have held various roles, including Production Shift Leader and Production Area Manager at Continental.
