Dan Rusu

Dan Rusu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project coordination, currently serving as a Product Owner at Continental since April 2022. In this role, Dan is responsible for bridging communication between the Scrum Team and customers, maintaining the Product Backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and preparing product releases in collaboration with Product Management. Prior to this position, Dan worked as a Project Launch & Product Lifecycle Management Engineer at Lear Corporation, overseeing project development and delivery. Dan's earlier experience includes roles as a Production Manager at Tipografia Printco and a Team Leader and Activities Coordinator at Iulius Group, where strong client relationships were established. Dan holds a Master of Engineering in Heat Treatment and an Engineer's degree from Technical University "Gheorghe Asachi" Iasi.
