Dan Solarczyk is an experienced engineering manager and head of program management at Continental, having held various leadership roles, including head of project management and business unit manager. Prior to this, Dan worked at Honda R&D Americas, Inc as an R&D engineer. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 1984 and 1988.
