Ellan Yu

Ellan Yu is currently the Regional Head of TMOD China and has held prominent HR roles at various organizations. They led the HR function at the Continental Changshu Plant from 2019 to 2022, managing a workforce of over 1,500 in a facility with an annual revenue of €500 million. Previously, Ellan Yu also served as a training supervisor at 斯凯孚 from 2005 to 2010 and held various HRBP positions at Continental and Eaton. They hold multiple master's degrees in business administration and psychology from esteemed institutions, including East China Normal University and Handelshøyskolen BI, and are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at East China Normal University.
