Eloisa Arceo is an accomplished Innovation Program Manager with extensive experience in innovation project development and strategic planning. From 2012 to 2015, Eloisa served as a Design Methodology Docent at Universidad Panamericana, where they taught various design methodologies and developed strategic thinking capabilities. More recently, Eloisa worked at Continental as an Innovation Program Manager, overseeing the rollout of innovation strategies across the EMEA region and providing guidance on strategic innovation projects. Eloisa has also held roles in innovative engineering and project support at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Stellantis, promoting a culture of innovation throughout these organizations. Currently, Eloisa is pursuing an MBA at thePower, following their engineering degree and specialization in international logistics from Universidad Panamericana.
