J. Ryan Bailey

J. Ryan Bailey is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry and materials science with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Head of Tech. Center NA and NA Head of TPO Film Development at Continental since December 2019, J. Ryan has previously held roles such as R&D TPO Compounding Chemist at O'Sullivan Films and Manager of Global Rubber/Analytical Development at Xerium Technologies, Inc. The work at Xerium involved overseeing project development, procurement, and quality control within a global context. J. Ryan also carries a strong academic background, having served as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College and as a High School Science Teacher in Hardy County Schools. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Bucknell University and participation in an International Management Program at London Business School.
