Jaroslav Šimo

Jaroslav Šimo is currently the Head of Department for New Projects and Manufacturing Planning at AUMOVIO, where they lead and motivate a team, manage costs, and ensure the successful launch of new products. Previously, they held a similar position at Continental from 2019 and worked as a New Project Launch Manager and Manufacturing Planner at Brose Group from 2011 to 2016. Jaroslav began their career as a worker with electrical components at Bang & Olufsen and later gained experience in production roles at GLOVIS Czech Republic s.r.o. and Brose Group. They earned a degree in Commercial Electrotechnics from SPŠE ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm in 2007.
