Jayashree Raddi

Jayashree Raddi is an experienced professional in system engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of the System Engineering Department in the ADAS Segment and Deputy General Manager at Continental since July 2017. Jayashree has held several leadership roles, managing teams of up to 15 members and overseeing projects through planning, execution, and reporting. Prior to Continental, Jayashree worked at Panasonic Automotive & Industrial Systems Europe GmbH as a Requirement and Change Request Manager and at System Logic Bangalore (Robert Bosch India) as a Project Manager, handling projects for JLR and Volvo with a global team of 25. Additional experience includes roles as a Requirements Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH Stuttgart and software development at System Logic Bangalore. Jayashree holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
