Jonathan McCoy

Jonathan McCoy has over 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily at Continental, where roles have included Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist, starting as an intern in 2005. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri Baptist University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Rend Lake College.
