Judith Sass

Judith Sass is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Continental since November 2006, including HR Manager for the Marketing & Sales Industry EMEA, Head of HR for Specialty Tires in the Americas, and Head of the Center of Expertise for Data & Systems. With a strong focus on developing HR programs to align with business needs and leading digitalization initiatives, Judith has successfully managed teams and overseen the harmonization of HR practices. Prior roles include HR Manager for Compensation & Processes EMEA and Central Key User for Global HR Systems. Judith holds a Magistra artium degree in Internationales Informationsmanagement from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim and completed training as a Hotelfachfrau IHK at Courtyard by Marriott Hannover. Judith also served as VP of Human Relations at Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. from January 2022 to August 2025.
