Ken Strader

Ken Strader is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing technology and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of MTE at Continental since August 2024, Ken held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Hunter Engineering Company from February 2021 to August 2024. Prior to this, Ken was at BorgWarner Inc., where roles included Assembly Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager, among others, from September 2004 to February 2021. Ken's early career included positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Batavia Transmissions and Subaru Isuzu Automotive. Ken holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering.
