胥元峰（Kevin）

元峰（Kevin） 胥 is currently the Head of Lacquer Development at 大陆集团, where they have been responsible for lacquer development and technical problem management since 2018. With over 10 years of experience in coatings R&D, particularly in automotive refinish and artificial leather, 胥 has a strong background in formula design and project management. Prior to their current role, they worked as an R&D Chemist at Sherwin-Williams Paints from 2014 to 2018, leading projects focused on waterborne automotive refinish systems. 胥 holds a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from 上海师范大学, earned in 2012.
