Kyle Marshall is currently the Head of OE Quality Management for The Americas at Continental, where they oversee quality assurance processes and customer satisfaction for General Motors. From 2011 to 2015, Kyle held several roles at Continental, including Supply Chain Specialist and Account Quality Manager, where they managed sales forecasts and quality certifications while liaising with GM. They have also developed original equipment tires for General Motors and Subaru and are a certified Internal Auditor for ISO/TS 16949. Kyle earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan.
