Lais Fernandes is a Process Specialist and Black Belt with extensive experience in leading continuous improvement projects and managing multidisciplinary teams in the metalworking industry. Currently serving as a Senior Uniformity Engineer at Continental, Lais has previously held roles as a Process Engineer and Quality Coordinator, where they utilized methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and PDCA to drive quality improvements and cost reduction. Lais holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais and an MBA in Quality and Manufacturing Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
