Liang Pan

Liang Pan has extensive experience in project and program management within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Program Management Radar and Head of Customer Project Management at Continental since July 2006, where responsibilities include leading the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for the China market. Prior roles at Continental include Customer Center Head, managing a team of 12 project managers and overseeing OSIS plant relocation, as well as Project Manager Team Leader and Project Manager, focusing on airbag control unit development and production launches for major clients. Before joining Continental, Liang Pan worked as a Process Engineer at Mitsubishi Motors from July 2003 to June 2006, specializing in air conditioner manufacturing and workshop layout planning. Liang Pan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, earned between 1999 and 2003.
