Loredana Bugan

Loredana Bugan has extensive experience in customer service and communications, having held various roles primarily in consulting and contact center management. At Netex Consulting, Loredana served as a French Speaking Public Relations and Communications Assistant, coordinating with over 1500 customers monthly while also acting as office manager and representing the company at an international event. Loredana progressed to becoming Chief of the South Europe Department, managing a team of 46 agents and overseeing team evaluations and performance metrics. Following a brief stint as a journalist, Loredana worked at Continental, initially as Contact Center Team Lead, then as Supply Chain Development Manager, and most recently as Contact Centre Manager. Loredana holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and French from notable Romanian institutions.
