Lucia Ribeiro

Lucia Ribeiro has extensive experience in quality, environment, and safety management within the construction industry. At Sociedade de Construções Soares da Costa, Lucia served as the Responsible for the Consultancy Office, focusing on the evaluation and implementation of the QES management system. Previously, at Contacto, Sociedade de Construções, Lucia coordinated and developed an integrated management system for quality, environment, and security, conducted internal audits, provided employee training, and ensured continuous improvement in technical processes. Lucia also held roles as Environmental Technician and Environmental e SST Technician within the same company and later advanced to the position of Environmental Engineer and Head of the Environmental Protection department at Continental from March 2014 to March 2020.
