Marcello Polli

Marcello Polli has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Demand and Supply Chain Manager for the Americas at Continental since July 2011, where responsibilities include oversight of imports from Europe and Asia, stock management, and supply chain operations across various regions. Previously, Marcello worked in business process improvement with a focus on global systems integration at Continental, as well as in senior supply chain planning roles for the Mercosur region. Prior experience includes procurement positions at IBM and Unilever, managing maintenance parts and services across multiple plants in Brazil. Marcello holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Innovation and Internationalization from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
