Mathew Augustine is an accomplished R&D leader with diverse international experience in the tires, hose, coatings, and polyurethane industries. Previously, Mathew held various roles at Continental, including Head of Compounding Technology North America, and served as Team Lead for Passenger Tire Compound and Process Development at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. Mathew has also worked as an Application Technologist at Huntsman and a Researcher in Coatings at IVM Chemicals. Currently, Mathew is the Head of Product Development at Continental. Mathew earned a Bachelor of Technology from Madras Institute of Technology Campus and a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
